The Application collects only the data which is necessary for the functioning of the application and this information is not being sold with any other third party.

Account Information:

Create or update your FTMS account which may include your email address, name, mobile number, gender, date of birth, photograph, login name, password etc.

Internet:

The Internet permission is used to upload and download the data from our internal servers and for the communications with the field representatives are not being misused or shared with any other party.

Access Location:

These permissions help to understand and track the current location of our sales officers so we can measure and track the distance traveled by them daily while using the application. The location captured by us is not being shared with any third party. This location information is for our internal reports and for the verification that our sales officers are claiming travel allowance correctly and are not making any fake claims with us.

Camera & Photos:

These permissions we need to upload the bills and documents to the app. We will not utilize this permission to access any personal information, such as personal photos or videos, other than what is necessary to cache images and picture storage that we use in the app.

Delete Account:

In case of account deactivations any data that is associated with this account will also be deleted permanently.We don’t store personal information or details.
